RATES

Non-Refundable Rate: All online bookings are considered as Non-Refundable, i.e. once the booking has been made, in no case will the money be refunded in the event of not being able to attend.

Refundable Rate: If the booking is made by telephone, it will be considered as a Refundable Rate, that is to say, the deposit can be refunded in the cases described in the “cancellations” section.

RENTAL CONDITIONS

AS SOON AS YOU MAKE THE TRANSFER, SEND US A COPY OF THE VOUCHER VOUCHER VIA WHATSAPP TO: 722 42 62 09.

The reservation will not be confirmed until this step is taken.

Two days before the arrival date, we will contact you by telephone to confirm the approximate time of arrival and the exact location of the farm.

Bookings from thursday to saturday and from saturday to monday have the same price as the weekend.

Check-in: From 14:00 until 20:00 // Check-out: Until 12:00.
Casa Rural Castillo Check-in: From 15:00 // Check-out: Until 11:00.

(If you want to Check-in after 20:00, you should get in touch with us and check the possibility beforehand. There is a supplement of 20€ until 22:00 and 50€ until midnight).

Deposit: The person renting will be responsible fot any damage that occurs outside or inside the house. It will also be necessary when you come with pets, which are not be able to stay around the farm alone. Please prevent pets from climbing beds, sofas… and of course, do not bite furniture, some are more than 150 years old. Agressive pets are not allowed.

CANCELATIONS

Cancelations done more than 30 days before arrival date will be fully refunded.

Cancelations between 21 and 30 days before arrival will get 50% refunded.

RULES

No glass items to be taken to or around the swimming pool.

Dogs are not allowed in the swimming pools.

Don’t throw rubbish or cigarette buts in the countryside (danger of forest fires).

During the summer period it is forbidden to do barbecues anywhere on the property due to the high danger of forest fires.

No parties allowed in any of the properties.

*We reserve the right to expel people who break the rules from the pool and surrounding area*

EXTRA REQUEST:

Pellets: One 15kg sac free per night. The extra sacs costs 7,50€ per unit.

Wood: 1st load free, 7,50€ for next loads.

Late Check-in: 20€ until 22:00 and 50€ until midnight.

Pets: 20€ full stay.

Summer: From July 01st till September 9th (minimum stay one week – 6 days).

For larger groups or longer stays, call us and ask about our special prices.
